A Moment in Time
This figure was inspired by childhood memories of growing up on our family farm. I remember when we had about 60 head of sheep and each spring we anxiously awaited for the lambs to be born.
It was very exciting time and we were even more excited when one or two
of the lambs had to live in the kitchen wood box because their mothers wouldn’t
take care of them. We got to bottle feed them and make them our pets. We would
take them out in the yard and play with them after they were fed. When they got
big enough to eat grass, dad said they had to go into the pasture with all the others – a sad day.
